Ground: 7-10 business days (in California 2-5 business days)
Express: 3-4 business days (All Royal Jelly orders)

Shipping Charges
New policy! 3 ships the same as 1 (of the same item, that is).
Most of our products weigh a lot! We have tried to reduce overall shipping fees by adjusting them to accommodate shipping costs that are the same for ONE item as it is for THREE of that same item! Obviously, we'd like you to purchase more of our products and same money at the same time.
It's a HUGE savings for you.
Shipping charges are based per ship-to-address based on the total cost of your order, selected shipping method and your destination.
Note: Fees to ship Royal Jelly 2-Day have been incorporated into the product cost.

IN MOST CASES minimum shipping charge covers 3 jars of the same product.
We will contact you if there is additional shipping charges on orders over $215.00.

Shipping Restrictions
We are not able to ship outside the U.S., to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. If you want to ship to Alaska or Hawaii please call for shipping options and quote.
Sales Tax
7.75% Sales Tax will be added to applicable orders delivered in California. There is no Sales Tax for orders outside of California.
Return Policy
We at Z Specialty Food, LLC take great pride in the quality control of every product that leaves our warehouse, throughout every stage of production. Although we are sure you will be very pleased with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for full credit or exchange.
