Honey and Mead

Explore 30+ varietals of honey and taste unique mead from across the country

Honey is nature's gold. There are more than 300 unique types of honey available in the United States, each from different floral sources.

Mead is the alcohol beverage made from honey. From traditional meads to braggots (honey beer) to hydromels (session mead), we got something for everyone.

20,000 square foot Zero Net Energy facility and 2 acres of pollinator habitat

The HIVE has been a four-year development created to educate the public on honey, bees, and pollination. Throughout the weekend, explore our beautiful facility with scheduled guided tours. Learn how we run our operations from drum to bottle, led by Nectar Director Josh Zeldner.

In addition, enjoy an assortment of activities available for all ages including cornhole, Giant Jenga, and bee costumes!
