
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey (we suggest Sage or Spring Wildflower)
- 3 cups pecan halves
Spice Mixture
Combine the following spices in a small bowl and mix well
- 1-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
Process
• Preheat oven to 250F
• Line rimmed baking sheet with foil
• Melt butter and honey in a saucepan over medium heat
• Add pecan halves and stir until coated
• Add Spice Mixture and stir until evenly spread throughout the nuts
• Spread pecans in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
• Bake for about 40 minutes, until dry and toasted; then allow to cool completely
• Eat Them! Or…Store in an airtight container at room temperature
