What is Ground Shipping?

Depending on your location and the size and contents of your order, this service requires 2-7 business days for delivery and will ship by UPS and/or USPS. For most items, this service includes shipping to all parts of the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.

What is Expedited Shipping?

Our Expedited Shipping option that we offer ensures that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. In most cases, we are able to ship your order the same day we receive it! We will then choose the most efficient shipping service to deliver your order within 1-3 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world! To arrange for an international shipment, please call us at (530) 668-0660, or email tasty@zspecialtyfood.com.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes! Thank you for your service, and for supporting those in service to our country. In most cases, these addresses qualify for our ‘Ground Shipping’ option.

How do you ship Royal Jelly?

We ship most orders containing Royal Jelly via UPS, either overnight or 2-day (depending on your location in the US), to ensure delivery to you within 48 hours of the product leaving our warehouse.

Do you ship Fresh Royal Jelly outside of the US?

We ship our Fresh Royal Jelly to the US, Canada & Mexico.

Are your packing materials sustainable or recyclable?

Our shipments are 100% biodegradable. All our interior and exterior packaging is made of cardboard and custom-designed to keep glass safe. The shipping tape is made of compostable cornstarch adhesive. Our facility that we package and produce our products in is an entirely electric zero-net energy building.
