Depending on your location and the size and contents of your order, this service requires 2-7 business days for delivery and will ship by UPS or USPS, and sometimes both!
2What is Expedited Shipping?
Our Expedited Shipping option that we offer ensures that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. In most cases, we are able to ship your order the same day we receive it! We will then choose the most efficient shipping service to deliver your order within 1-3 business days.
3Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship to Canada, Mexico and most of Europe. If you are trying to ship internationally, please give us a call at (530) 668-0660 or email tasty@zspecialtyfood.com.
4Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes! Thank you for your service, and for supporting those in service to our country. In most cases, these addresses qualify for our 'Ground Shipping' option.
5How do you ship Royal Jelly?

We ship most orders containing Royal Jelly via UPS, either overnight or 2-day (depending on your location in the US), to ensure delivery to you within 48 hours of the product leaving our warehouse.

For our most temperature sensitive product, Fresh Royal Jelly, a $15 flat rate surcharge will be added to your order to cover extra packaging and expedited shipping costs.

6Do you ship Fresh Royal Jelly outside of the US?

We ship our Fresh Royal Jelly to the US, Canada & Mexico.
