Gourmet Varietal Honey Collection

Moon Shine Trading Company began in 1979 when Ishai Zeldner realized that Yellow Star Thistle honey was a far cry from the honey he knew. That discovery led him to seek out honeys that had unique flavor profiles and were unknown to most consumers. Now, our Z Specialty Food collection of gourmet varietal honeys has grown to delight diverse tastes and palates. Most of our honeys come in consumer-sized jars or in bulk for restaurants, catering companies, holiday gatherings and/or cooking needs. And all of our products are certified kosher.
