California Almond Honey

Our almond honey is collected in Sacramento valley in February. Flavor is slightly bitter with a hint of dried apricot.

California produces roughly 80% of the world’s almonds. Almond blossoms bloom in February just as bees are emerging from the cold of winter. Despite the popularity of almonds, almond blossom honey is rarely harvested to give the bees everything they need to grow their hive into the summer. This is unique opportunity to taste a limited edition honey.
