Idaho Snowberry Golden Reserve Varietal Honey
Description
In the highlands of Idaho, dense thickets of Snowberry bushes offer small clusters of greenish-white-to-pink flowers with a delicate, transparent nectar. In addition to its opulent toffee color, this honey carries an aroma note of summer honeysuckle plus a hint of spice. The delectable honey has a cinnamon and candy-like flavor with a full-bodied butterscotch finish.
