Northwestern Maple Blossom Golden Reserve Varietal Honey

In early spring, maple trees throughout the Pacific Northwest leaf out in brilliant green. Hidden among the foliage are tiny, feathery flowers. Maple blossoms are an early nectar source for honeybees, making them integral to the growth of a honeybee colony after winter. Our beekeepers harvest this honey only during the most abundant years with this in mind.
