Mexican Mango

Harvested from mango trees in the Huasteca region of Mexico, this honey is not produced every season. Only when the climate and weather allow for the nectar flow from the wild mango trees to predominate over the other flowers in the region, are we able to procure this unique honey.

Dark, almost red brown in color, mango has a luxurious texture. Earthiness, a touch of anise and hints of exotic spices prevail. Once you taste it, there is an explosion of flavor. Fruity on the tongue, almost candy-like with a rich, deep maple sugar undertone.
